Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Engineering and Product Senior Talent HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the Talent lead and business partner to the Technology and Product organizations
- Partnering with the HR People Analytics team to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets
- Building program infrastructure for repeatable Employee Experience processes and thought partnership
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience or other relevant work experience
- Experience directly supporting Engineering teams and leaders
- Demonstrated success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce
- Strategic and empathetic thinker, quick to recognize business challenges and their real and potential impact on employees
- Perceptive and thoughtful in identifying issues and developing appropriate solutions
