Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying top talent in the industry
- Providing sourcing support for the global TA team.
- Managing candidates through entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations to hire
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 to 6+ years of Recruiting experience.
- Deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle, from candidate development to client management
- Knowledge of the US high tech and enterprise software market
- B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written
