Job Summary
A computer hardware and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Business Operations Program Manager in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Be part of Program Management and Business Operations central support team
- Jointly design business operating model and BMS for a large engineering organization
- Jointly design end to end program tools, reports, and executive dashboards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8-10 years of working experience with at least 2-4 years in business operations management
- Experience designing and building engineering business operations and processes
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication capabilities
- Capacity to interact with management, senior executives, and influence key decision makers
- Strong cross functional team member
- Ability to quickly gather and analyze relevant information, develop an insightful opinion, and deliver through others
