Job Summary

An engineering and design firm has an open position for a Remote Engineering Customer Development Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the initiative on establishing core metrics for the customer
  • Ensuring developmental processes are followed
  • Driving overall KPI Goals ensuring the growth of the discipline by driving opportunities to closure

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrate the ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships
  • B.S. degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education based on experience in the industry
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Aerospace Mechanical Design, Aerospace Analysis
  • Must be self-motivated and able to set priority and direction with minimal guidance
