Job Summary

A HVAC company is seeking a Remote Engineering Director.

Must be able to:

  • Build and drive strategies in alignment with the Company's overall vision and business goals
  • Lead the support for existing applications and ones in development
  • Provide inspirational leadership and focus to build positive relationships

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 + years of shown experience in technology leadership of commercial software product development teams
  • Experience working and running global engineering teams in the production of commercial software
  • Experience in solutions that bring to bear a combination of IoT hardware and SaaS software
  • Experience managing solutions using cloud-based technologies
  • Proven track record of hiring, growing, and coordinating global teams
