A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading global Software Engineering teams of multiple managers and 20+ engineers
  • Leading Engineering design and development for teams across multiple cross-functional domains
  • Being the primary driver for Cloud platform architecture changes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience delivering SaaS applications built on AWS or Azure
  • Proficient in Architecture and Design of complex and cross-functional software projects
  • Proficient with Java, Spring and SQL
  • Strong computer science fundamentals including Algorithms, Data Structures and practical applications
  • Strong proponent of metrics & Engineering best practices, and demonstrable track record
