Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally including managing managers
- Experience with distributed systems, modern app development and deployment, cloud infrastructure
- Experience making high-impact internal investments in infrastructure
- Effectively recruited, mentored, and retained great people
- The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
