Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a best in class user experience for our consumer facing application
- Ensuring that best practices are commonly followed across all squads whether it's sprints, software design docs, or conducting post-mortems
- Owning the technical direction and impact of the frontend
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience growing and scaling teams, ideally within a modern startup environment
- An ability to think strategically and spot the long run technical risks and tradeoffs
- Proven experience managing engineering managers on multiple squads, and an ability to keep the trains running on time
