A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and manage multiple engineering teams
- Deliver highly scalable systems
- Measure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering/Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience leading, developing, and delivering significant, complex software projects
- 4+ years managing engineering teams
- Expertise in designing large scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in managing cloud based large-scale infrastructure
- Experience designing and building systems with Docker containers
