Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and managing multiple engineering teams and long-term strategy for the engineering roadmap
- Delivering highly scalable systems through growing the capabilities of the platform
- Measuring and improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes that are working well and build the next level of improvements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years managing engineering teams
- 12+ years of experience leading, developing, and delivering significant, complex software projects within complex organizations
- Expertise in designing large scale distributed systems
