Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Director .

Must be able to:

• Partner with the customer support, success, and solutions engineering teams to understand customer feedback and strategize improving the quality and velocity of features
• Define, support, and implement improvements and best practices in the software development and scrum processes
• Hire world-class people, grow engineering talent and culture, and develop impactful managers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in product development for a SaaS based product
• Management experience in a growing, venture-backed startup
• Familiarity with data engineering and the concept of data as a product
