A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building empowered product teams that deliver successful outcomes
- Driving inclusive and efficient interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new engineers
- Creating collaboration channels across product teams to solicit feedback on technical designs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have previously managed multiple direct reports who grew under your management
- Have a strong track record cultivating high-performing teams that deliver reliably on ambitious but feasible goals
- Have experience designing cloud-native systems or data-intensive applications
- Have experience interviewing and closing strong talent for engineering roles
- Previously worked on a great team and are passionate about building great teams
