Job Summary
A financial software developer is in need of a Remote Engineering Director.
Must be able to:
- Set engineering best practices and identifying new technologies with CTO
- Manage daily development cycle
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of engineers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in at least three of the following languages: C, C++, Rust, Python
- Prior experience managing at least 3 engineers
- Experience implementing distributed applications
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 7 years experience in software engineering or electronic trading
