Job Summary
A network monitoring and cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Engineering Director.
Must be able to:
- Communicate team goals, results, and key performance indicators
- Manage and develop a team of engineering managers and technical leads
- Set or approve policies, establishing department guidelines, and managing a budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of full-time application development experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Have a solid understanding of technical fundamentals
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing engineering talent
- Ability to interface with and influence leaders across an organization with poise
- A history of hands-on technical ownership on high-impact engineering projects
