Job Summary
A technology solutions company serving the hospitality industry is seeking a Remote Engineering Director in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing a team of 8 Engineers
- Manage the Engineer Managers, as well as build out 5+ engineering teams and have 30+ indirect reports
- Actively manage and coach your direct reports and build their leadership capabilities through continuous feedback, reviews, and mentorship
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3-5 years managing engineers across multiple teams
- Experience scaling software engineering teams through periods of rapid growth
- Experience building scalable systems, with expertise in OO, and system design
