Job Summary

An information technology staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Engineering Director in Orange County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the organization's prioritized project and enhancement requests
  • Build a high-performance engineering team
  • Manage engineering team resources and budget allocations with the leadership team

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience working in software engineering
  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5+ years in technology leadership role while managing and mentoring a small to medium scale team
  • Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development and Continuous delivery
