Job Summary

A social media company is seeking a Remote Engineering Effectiveness Site Reliability Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establish standard practices and processes for planning and prioritizing reliability work
  • Drive cross-team and cross-org alignment around reliability initiatives
  • Participate in deep technical design discussions

Required Skills:

  • You have 3+ years of software engineering, reliability, and/or operations engineering experience
  • You have 1+ years experience successfully managing a distributed team of 5-8 engineers
  • You have experience formulating a team's technical strategy and roadmap
  • You will bring a strong perspective and demonstrated track record of establishing collaborative partnerships
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
