A software development company is seeking a Remote Engineering Head .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scaling and enabling the Ceramic network to meet the growing demand from the market
- Identifying gaps in the team and hiring great people to fill them
- Building a holistic understanding of our problem space and communicating it to the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- A passion for data sovereignty and the Web3 space
- You enjoy sometimes getting your hands coding, even when it’s not your main focus
- Extremely comfortable with a remote-first environment
- Direct hiring experience, you have grown great teams before
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
