A marketing technology provider is seeking a Remote Engineering Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and executing streamlined, robust, and inclusive interview processes to hire software engineers
- Coaching and mentorship: work closely with and support Engineering Managers and Software Engineers
- Creating structure: build and maintain processes that ensure Rockerbox can ship product on time against deadlines
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a Series B to C startup
- Experience directly managing 10+ engineers
- Experience building teams by promoting and net new hiring
- Experience designing and executing interview processes for software engineers and engineering managers
