Job Summary

A real estate finance company is seeking a Remote Engineering Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help in hiring the new team members and manage the engineering team
  • Architect, scale and maintain serverless backend on a modern cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with UX design to implement clean and modern designs that provide an excellent user experience

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in an agile environment
  • 3+ years of development experience with 2+ years experience on mobile app development
  • Direct experience with scaling a mobile app
  • In-depth understanding of modern application design principles and DevOps
  • Experience with serverless architecture on AWS cloud infrastructure using NodeJs/GraphQL
  • A strong passion for creating innovative user features and interactions
