Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and driving the development of a technical roadmap
- Managing a team of frontend and backend engineers working to build and scale a delightful credit card experience
- Operating in a rapidly evolving start up environment consistently hitting timelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Have significant experience working on and scaling a rapidly growing consumer card product, ideally a credit card
- Have both the ability to bring out the best in engineers AND willingness to keep engineers accountable to build a world-class team
- Be a highly technical engineering leader with deep experience in mobile app development, networking, systems, and software
