A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing in-depth technical consultation to business partners and technology leadership
- Continuously optimizing plans within resource and time constraints to achieve project objectives
- Influencing to foster collaboration among matrixed team members/colleagues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to balance approach to political, technological and administrative factors
- Must be equally strong in planning, executing and closing of projects
- Competency in adapting and proving in high paced, challenging, changing and ambiguous situations
- Attention to details, ability to drive results and act independently with little direction
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years’ experience in software engineering/delivery
