A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager.

Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years in a management role
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field preferred
- Experience with agile development frameworks
