Job Summary

A nonprofit company is in need of a Remote Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping scope solutions to meet both timing and business requirement need
  • Working with members of the Product and Engineering teams
  • Building, developing, and retaining a high-performing and highly engaged team of engineers

Required Skills:

  • Occasional travel to company office in Boston will be necessary
  • Agile and Waterfall development processes skills
  • Cloud-based infrastructure on AWS experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related degree
  • Cloud-based data services, preferably with both SQL and NoSQL experience
  • Docker, database design, build & release processes & tool management experience
