Job Summary

A data services company is in need of a Remote Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be the engineering thought leader and partner for the product owner
  • Drive excellence in software craftsmanship within the team
  • Write a lot of code

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to to travel to a Company office at least one week per quarter
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 2+ years managing a software team
  • Proficiency with architecting and delivering solutions within a distributed software platform
  • Solid understanding of AWS, Linux and infrastructure concepts
  • Strong RDBMS & SQL programming experience
