Job Summary
A provider of full stack monitoring services has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lead a distributed team of 8+ engineers
- Onboard, mentor, and provide one-on-one support to individual members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience managing the scope of deliverables to ensure frequent release cycles
- Experience reporting to company executives
- Experience balancing new development (accrual of technical debt) against ongoing maintenance
- The ability to consistently develop practical procedures and complete tasks through to conclusion
