Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that the team’s components are high quality, appropriately designed, ready and safe to deploy
- Prepare and present engineering related documents to stakeholders and leadership
- Implement engineering practices and process
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position can either be remote or near NYC and will require travel to meet with team members for collaboration, planning, ideation and brainstorming
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Technology
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading software development with a minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Leadership and management skills, experience managing managers
