Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and pursue improvements in engineering and organizational processes
- Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of new features, product requirements documents, technical design documents, and functional specifications
- Recruit and hire software and quality engineers
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of software development experience including work deploying SAAS or platform code to production
- At least 3+ years in leadership roles with a proven and consistent history of leading developers
- Experience working in a Dockerized environment
- Experience with AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS (among others)
- Have built scalable internal and public-facing APIs (RESTful, JSON, HTTP)
