Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing thoughtful guidance and timely feedback to your team members
- Enabling senior level engineers to make an impact and help junior level engineers to learn and grow
- Improving engineering processes and infrastructure, in particular around documentation and automated testing
