Remote Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing technical leadership to developers both in your team and across the engineering organization
• Recruiting and hiring strong engineers into the team
• Managing engineers and develop engineering leads

Qualifications Include:

• Significant server-side and or webapp development experience
• Deep knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL or Aurora)
• Previously managed teams of high performing developers
• Will be ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work themselves on technical challenges
• Are able to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment
• Experience working with the following technologies: Golang, MySQL, Redis, ActiveMQ, Typescript, React, WebCrypto
