A software developer is in need of a Remote Engineering Manager.

Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years in a people management capacity
- Software Engineering experience
- Familiarity with web ecosystems, including building and maintaining websites and web services
- Outstanding communication skills and an eagerness to collaborate with others
- Experience hiring and growing a software engineering team
