Job Summary
A software developer that creates sales chat software that builds branching workflows to automate conversations has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a strategic engineering leader and technical expert for one or more engineering teams by creating an environment where engineers are empowered and supported to do their best work
- Ensuring teams are maintaining rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
- Driving and ensuring the execution of the organization’s vision and standards around security, quality, observability and clean code
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5+ years of management experience building and leading successful software engineering teams
- Proven track record implementing engineering best practices and holding high standards for code quality
- Previous experience working with our tech stack (Python/Django and React)
- Proven excellent knowledge of the new technology trends and its applications for driving engineering excellence
- Solid database experience in SQL, NoSQL and event streaming technologies
- Proven customer focus and quality first mindset
