A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and empowering a team of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Growing a healthy, collaborative engineering culture
- Defining product features, as well as evaluating external partnerships for integrations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 1 year of proven success in building and managing a high performing engineering team of 5 or more
- Effectively facilitate technical discussions with your engineering team
- Proven successful track record of driving development projects into production rapidly
- Ability to motivate engineering team to move quickly and ship on time
- Ability to build a cohesive, high-functioning team that thrives in a culture of trust, respect and inclusion
