Job Summary
A real estate software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring Engineers on architecture, coding and systems design best practices
- Keeping the engineering organization aligned on OKRs and other business objectives
- Authoring technical documents and artifacts for all stages of the software development life cycle
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of relevant production work experience in back-end, web or mobile development; preferably in GoLang or Typescript
- A deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, MIS or proof of exceptional skills in related fields, with practical software engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience working with a variety of types of databases and data stores (we currently use Postgres, Redis, and DynamoDB)
