A community sports operating system has an open position for a Remote Engineering Manager.

- Ensuring the team completes technical projects in a timely and quality fashion
- Leading large, technical projects – directing and coordinating the work of your team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer, ideally building large scale systems, along with 2+years as a people manager
- Experienced relationship builder who can drive collaboration from cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
