Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Deliver and own code while working closely with the engineers already on the team
- Serve as the team’s Scrum Master, owning and facilitating some team ceremonies
- Nurture and develop the career progression of your direct reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Several years of relevant experience as an engineer
- Experience with A/B tests or in a product growth team
- Previous experience in a leadership role for a team or an important project
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
