Job Summary
A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Use data-driven decision making to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Partner with Product and Design to drive accountability for your team's roadmap and milestones
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Engineers at varying levels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on technical management experience
- Must be able to engage technically with a team of talented software engineers
- Deep familiarity with modern software development practices, technologies, and tools
- Experience with effectively creating alignment across multiple teams and operating well in ambiguity
- Effectively worked with senior leadership in setting strategic 6+ month goals
