Job Summary
An open-source software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting and reporting on measurable goals and objectives for the team
- Hiring and developing our team of cross-functional Software Engineers
- Setting weekly or daily priorities for the development team and individual team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to inspire and provide vision direction
- Proficiency using source control such as Git, SVN, Subversion, TFS, etc
- Experience working in some or all of our stack
- Excitement and enthusiasm for helping customers solve security and password challenges
- Experience building and growing successful teams
