A cloud-based computing software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Manager in Indianapolis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directly collaborating with all product stakeholders and drive multiple features to successful delivery
- Recruiting, challenging, and rewarding high-performing individuals that deliver 10x the impact of average engineers
- Leading development, delivery, quality, and performance across multiple features
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of software engineering management experience using a development process
- 5+ years developing commercial software
- Strong understanding of project management
- Experience building application development tools, APIs, and/or enterprise application platform software
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, coach, and lead a team to success
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to do the hands-on technical management and learn new technologies
