Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Engineering Operations Staff Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the coordination, preparation and delivery of company-wide engineering updates and events
- Collaborating and openly debating with the team of operation managers to manage engineering initiatives
- Acting as a strategic partner for the global group leader in regards to short and long-term vision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry
- Experience driving projects end to end, and shipping complex large scale software projects
- Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheets, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project
- Ability to work directly with senior/executive leadership on strategic programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and meet with key players and stakeholders to shape consensus collectively
