Job Summary
A global systems integrator is seeking a Remote Engineering Operations Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain good customer relations, includes prompt response to customer requests
- Be responsible for the effective management of resources, costs and customer satisfaction
- Assist the Director of Professional Services and oversee Remote Configuration and Support Specialists
Qualifications for this position include:
- Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer
- Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others
- Strong financial analytical skills including cost control
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills
