Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Engineering People Strategy Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a sounding board for the wider People team
- Creating and coordinating employee activities and events
- Designing and providing HR reports, tracking and analyzing HR metrics and using them to inform actions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- some occasional travel will be encouraged, such as our twice-annual company offsites
- 4+ years of experience in a People Ops/HR role in a technology-focused organization
- Well-versed with HR systems and tools
- Experience designing HR practices for a fully distributed organization
- A data-driven approach - capability to analyze HR data and use it to drive action
- Strong HR data analytics skills with excel/google sheets
