Job Summary
A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Program Manager in Ann Arbor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple projects leveraging Agile processes, partnering with Product, Engineering, and UX to ensure quality delivery
- Facilitating Scrum of Scrums twice weekly with Engineering and PM leads to track dependencies and remove impediments
- Managing project delivery with our strategic outsourcing partner in Argentina
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager
- Experience working with growing organizations
- Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery
