Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Engineering Project Coordinator in Menlo Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate small batch local hardware builds: both SMT and FATP / box build, development boards Manage allocation requests and distribution
• Communicate project status to vendor regarding PO/invoice, material requirement, and delivery schedule
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), maintain invoice tracking and Goods Receipts

Qualifications Include:

• Education: Bachelor's degree desired (but not required)
• Proactive and self-driven, ability to work with remote teams
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, be a team player
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasker
• Proficiency in Agile and Oracle tool for BOM, PO, ECO/MCO management
