A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Recruiting Manager.

- Managing a team of roughly 6-8 technical recruiters
- Devising specific actions to ensure your team helps hire a more diverse set of exceptional talent
- Bringing to life innovative recruiting strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel periodically
- 4-6 years of relevant HR experience as a Recruiting Lead/Manager
- Experience directly supporting Technical business functions
- Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Genuine passion for developing and leading people
- Strong communication and organizational skills
