A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Recruiting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a team of roughly 6-8 technical recruiters
• Devising specific actions to ensure your team helps hire a more diverse set of exceptional talent
• Bringing to life innovative recruiting strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel periodically
• 4-6 years of relevant HR experience as a Recruiting Lead/Manager
• Experience directly supporting Technical business functions
• Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization
• Genuine passion for developing and leading people
• Strong communication and organizational skills
