Job Summary

A pediatric therapy provider has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Senior Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate with clinical, product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to understand how we will leverage technology to grow our business
• Manage a distributed team of software development, DevOps, quality assurance, and release management
• Work with finance to develop engineering budgets related to headcount, patents, IP, and software equipment

Qualifications for this position include:

• While everyone currently works remotely, we envision a future that balances face to face collaboration with a remote friendly environment
• 10+ years experience working in all aspects of software engineering, technical management, software architecture, and technology budgeting with a focus on SaaS, security, and reliability
• Experience building and maintaining an engaged engineering culture
• Prior experience with fast-paced, high-growth organizations
• A desire to continuously raise the bar with regards to team, best practices, communications, etc
