An internet services company is in need of a Remote Engineering Senior Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the operations of our service platform
- Building and coaching a world-class software development team
- Building, managing, leading, and coaching the engineering teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of software engineering and technology experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience building and scaling high growth software engineering and architecture teams
- Excellent ability to navigate and translate between strategic organizational needs and goals
- Strong technical basis to quickly assess system architectures and technologies
- Experience with a wide range of programming languages, algorithms, data structures, and deployment mediums
