Job Summary
A company that operates a sports statistics database is in need of a Remote Engineering Support Coordinator in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing issues and requests from users through the Customer Service team on a daily basis
- Meeting weekly with the Customer Service, Product, and Engineering teams to triage issues that are less critical, review status of in-flight issues and requests
- Managing the issue and request queue
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience managing issues, small features, and defects for an engineering team.
- History of getting things done (and done well)
