Job Summary
A company offering services to seniors has an open position for a Remote Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Engineering and Product leadership teams in scaling the functions
- Taking a metrics-oriented approach to create transparency in hiring processes
- Contributing to building the talent team internally through relevant processes, tools and hiring manager training
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 + years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment within a fast-growing scale up/startup
- Previous experience of hiring for technical roles at all levels in engineering and product
- Experience with a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media channels, recruiting events and recruitment software
- Proven experience of building excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to liaise with candidates and applicants as a brand ambassador, ensuring to provide a great candidate experience
- Ability to quickly learn HR systems, processes and procedures
