Job Summary
An enterprise form platform has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading Scrum ceremonies to help the team inspect and adapt
- Working closely with Product Management to define a stable backlog
- Developing new user experience-focused web applications, and providing support for existing systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Be able to work near a standard U.S Eastern timezone day
- Previous role as a team lead in an Agile Scrum environment
- 5+ years experience PHP, Laravel, and MySQL
- 5+ years of experience running applications in production
- Excellent systems thinking
- Understanding of best practices for web development, software architecture and design, and DevOps principles
